Idaira Moragues is a little girl, she was born on the 20 th November of 2002 in Groningen, the Netherlands.

Idaira sings already since she was just 2 years old, and she did her first public presentation completly spontaneous on the very young age of 4 years with some Christmas-songs during a concert of her parents. 

Idaira has a Spanish father (guitarplayer) and a Dutch mother (singer).

Now Idaira sings a repertoire of cheerful latino, pop, blues and funky songs, old Dutch and Spanish playground songs and some songs Idaira made by herself.

Idaira performed since 2008 during some wonderful concerts in Groningen, Mallorca and Canarias, sometimes singing with friends, sometimes alone. sometimes accompanied by the band of her parents; Mogambo Latinband, (www.mogambo.nl) named Mini Mogambo, when Idaira is the leadsinger, sometimes just accompanied by her father on guitar, or even by various guitarplayers. 

Even though Idaira is still discovering her musical taste and possibilitys, she appears to be a natural entertainer.  She likes to sing her songs with heart and soul and to cheer up the audience, she speaks up freely.

Her very first concert was in Canarias in Beachflor, jan. 2008.

After that lovely show, she did a concert with two girlfriends and a small band on Queensday (Koninginnedag) the 30 of april 2008.

That concert was a real succes, with a very nice atmosphere and energy.

We, her parents, decided then to do some recordings and to make a cd with these joyful children voices and songs. In oktober and november 2008 we recorded the album Mini Mogambo, Idaira’s first studio recording experience, she was then 5 years old.

The result; the cd, worked out to be an enormous joy for a lot of children to have this cd and sing and dance a long with the songs. The cd Mini Mogambo with Idaira Moragues is also used in educational projects.
